Senior Center Window Renovation Project NRHH Hearin Rules Notice
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Pursuant to WS. 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Big Horn
County has accepted the work on the North Big Horn County Senior Citi-
zen Center Window Renovation Project, #PME-030907 in Lovell, WY as
completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in
the contract and that Penrose Construction is entitled to final settlement
therefore. Upon the 41 = day (February 16, 2010) after the first publica-
tion of this notice, Big Horn County, under whose direction of supervision
the work has been carried out will pay to Penrose Construction the full
amount due under the contract. All persons, firms, or corporations who
have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work
are hereby notified that final payment will be made to Penrose Construc-
tion in accordance with the terms of the contract on February 16, 2010.
This section does not relieve Penrose Construction and the sureties on
their bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies
furnished in the execution of the contract.

ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Sidon Irrigation District, Cowley,
Wyoming will receive sealed bids for the procurement of materials
necessary for:
Construction of a 6800 ft buried irrigation line which includes 300 ft of
42" PVC pipe, 1740 ft of 36" PVC pipe, 320 ft of 30" PVC pipe, 2640
ft of 24" PVC pipe, 1120 ft of 18" PVC pipe, 900 of 12" PVC pipe and
miscellaneous fittings and valves located near Cowley, WY,
as called for in the Plans and Specifications for the SIDON IRRIGATION
DISTRICT, LATERAL REHABILITATION PROJECT #PME-010813.
Bids will be received at Pryor Mountain Engineering, 708 Road 7 ½,
Cowley, WY 82420 until 1 P.M. Local Time, on the 4 th day of February
2010, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All
bids must be furnished on forms supplied by Sidon Irrigation District.
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked SIDON
IRRIGATION DISTRICT, LATERAL REHABILITATION PROJECT
#PME-010813 and shall show the name and address of the Bidder on
the outside. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with
the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Sidon Irrigation District
reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive
irregularities in bids received.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security with sufficient surety
for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid,
payable to and to be forfeited to, the Sidon Irrigation District as liquidated
damages if bidder fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days
after award to bidder, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to
furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount
of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Facsimile (fax) or other
copies of bonds are not acceptable. NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED

RULES OF PRACTICE GOVERNING HEARINGS
BEFORE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
NORTH BIG HORN HOSPITAL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of North Big Horn Hospi-
tal District that it intends to amend the Rules of Practice Governing Hear-
ings Before the Board of Trustees. Interested persons may present their
views on the intended action in person at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January
19, 2010, at the Board room, North Big Horn Hospital, 1115 Lane 12,
Lovell, wyoming 82431, and may also submit their views and/or con-
cerns in writing addressed to the Board of Trustees, North Big Horn Hos-
pital District, 1115 Lane 12, Lovell, Wyoming 82431. The purpose of
the amendment is to amend the North Big Horn Hospital District Rules
of Practice and Procedure approved August 15, 2006 in order to make
them consistent with recent revisions to the Medical Staff Bylaws and to
clarify that the provisions relating to hearings only apply to physicians,
except for limited circumstances, and to make other minor housekeep-
ing changes. Interested persons may obtain a copy of the proposed
Amended Rules by contacting Cindy Werner, Administrative Assistant,
North Big Horn Hospital District. This rule as amended will meet all mini-
mum substantive state statutory requirements. Any interested person
desiring to submit data, views or argument orally or in writing shall do so
within forty-five (45) days from January 19, 2010.
The Board will, at the expiration of the 45-day period, consider any in-
formation presented and thereafter take action on the proposed amend-
ment to the Rules of Practice Governing Hearings Before the Board of
Trustees.

INVITATION TO BID
Bench Lateral Pipe Construction Project
Lovell, Wyoming
Sealed bids, entitled "Bench Lateral Pipe Construction Project"
addressed to the Lovell Irrigation District (hereafter referred to as
the "Owner ') will be received at the office of Sage Civil Engineering,
2824 Big Horn Avenue, Cody, Wyoming 82414, until 4:00 p.m. local
time, Thursday, January 21,2010, at which time they will be publicly
opened and read aloud.
The following is a general description of the work:
Installation of 27 and 36 inch PVC irrigation pipe supplied by the
Owner, concrete arch pipe, and concrete irrigation structures along the
District's Bench Lateral, south of the town of Lovell.
All proposals must be accompanied by a" Cashier's Check, a Certified
Check or a Bid Bond in the amount equal to not less than ten percent
(10%) of the total proposal amount, payable to the order of the Lovell
Irrigation District, as liquidated damages in the event said successful
bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the
terms of his bid.
Plans and specifications are available at the office of Sage Civil
Engineering located at 2824 Big Horn Avenue, Cody, WY 82414,
Telephone: 307-527-0915, for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set.
The Contractor will be required to comply with the wage and labor
requirements and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the
schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department
of Labor as referenced in the Contract.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid
documents and specifications.
