William Bridges, Pryor Mountain Engineering: William Bridges reported to the Commissioners that he received mail from State Homeland Security regarding four bridge projects needing to be completed by Jan. 22, 2012. He reported that the Trapper Creek Bridge and Beaver Creek Road projects were done. The Horse Creek Bridge and Road 27 projects still need to be completed. He will send a letter to Carol at the State Homeland Security Office requesting an extension of time for completion of the projects. He also advised the Commissioners that the Contractor for the Elk Creek project still hadn't started work on the project and was planning to meet with the Contractor next week to discuss the tentative start date in February. William Bridges said there is already a "Priority List" addressing road work and scheduling. He said he will contact the Road & Bridge Department regarding this "Priority List" and ask the Department to work more closely with his office to ensure the work will be done in a timely manner, according to priority.
