ABSENTEE BALLOTS FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION Absentee Ballots for the Primary Election may be requested at the Big Horn County Clerks Office. The ballots will be available beginning July 8, 2010. A qualified electgl.may apply for an absentee ballot either in person, in writing, or-by the telephone. The absentee ballot will be mailed to the address given to the Clerk's Office, if the ballot is not to be picked up by the elec- tor. The names of candidates will be rotated on the official ballots, start- ing with the first district established by the County Commissioners with the rest following in sequence.
