ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Lovell Irrigation District, Lovell, Wyo-
ming will receive sealed bids for the procurement of materials nec-
essary for:
Construction of a 1260 ft buried irrigation line which includes 1260
feet of 36" PVC pipe, 36"-22.5 ° elbow, 36"x18" Tee, 3-15"x12"
Tee, 20 feet of 18" PVC, 300 feet of 15" PVC, 40 feet of 12"PVC,
4-90 ° 15" Elbows, 1260 feet of trace wire and 4-15" C.I. Slide Gates
located near Lovell, WY, as called forin the Plans and Specifica-
tions for the LOVELL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, BENCH LATERAL
EXTENSION PROJECT #PME-031102. Bids will be received at Big
Horn County Lovell Annex Building until 7 P.M. Local Time, on the
9 th day of August 2011, at which time the bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud. If bids are to be mailed, mail to: Pryor Mountain
Engineering, P.O. Box 671, Cowley, WY 82420. If hand delivering,
deliver to: Big Horn County Lovell Annex Building, 355 E 5 th Street,
Lovell Wyoming. All bids must be furnished on forms supplied by
Lovell Irrigation District. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be
clearly marked LOVELL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, BENCH LATERAL
EXTENSION PROJECT #PME-031102 and shall show the name
and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids which are not pre-
pared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may
be rejected. Lovell Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any
and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security with sufficient
surety for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such
bid, payable to and to be forfeited .to, the Lovell Irrigation District as
liquidated damages if bidde£l to enter into the contract within
thirty (30) days after award to bidder, or fails, at the time of execut-
ing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment
bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid.
Facsimile (fax) or other copies of bonds are not acceptable. NO BID
WILL BE CONSIDERED IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY SUCH BID
SECURITY OR IF NOT IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PROVI-
SIONS OF SECTION 15-1-113, W.S. 1977.
The Contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making
the lowest bid, if the certified resident's bid is not more than five per-
cent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bid-
der and the resident bidder does not propose to subcontract more
than thirty percent (30%) of the work to nonresident contractors
(Wyo. Stat. 16-6-101, et seq.). Resident for this purpose means a
person, partnership, limited partnership, registered limited partner-
ship, registered limited liability company or corporation certified as a
resident by the Department of Employment prior to bidding upon the
Contract and meeting the further criteria in W.S. 16-6-101, et seq.
A resident bidder shall submit a copy of its certificate of residency
with its bid.
Materials must be supplied by October 15 th , 2011.

for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 from Pryor Mountain Engineer-
