The hangar is located at the North Big Horn County Airport, 3 miles north of the town of Cowley, Wyoming. The hangar is steal construc- tion and is approximately 5792 sq. ft. The hangar may only be used for aviation purposes following the sale. The successful bidder will be required to secure a lease with Big Horn County for the lot on which the hangar is located, and be responsible for all property taxes after the date of sale.
