(MDU) authority to pass on a wholesale natural gas cost [i] decreases of $0.666 per decatherm (Dth) for Residential, Firm General Service, and Small and Large In- terrupfible customers, $0.636 per Dth for Seasonal customers; and [iii] an increase of $0.288 per Dth for Seasonal Firm customers. MDU stated the proposed revisions will affect all of its Wyoming customers, and are proposed to be effective for usage on and after October 1, 2012. The proposed pass-on will result in an estimated net decrease of approximately $120,900 in MDU's revenues for October 2012 based upon estimated sales volumes for the month. The proposed rate changes are subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, opportu- nity for hearing and such other orders as the Commission may deem appropriate.
