On April 28, 2010, RMP filed an application requesting approval of its Policies and Procedures relating to metering under Commission Rules 247 and 304(0. The Company submitted its Policies and Procedures and a copy of the PacifiCorp 2009 Metering Assets and Technology Annual Report. Interested persons may inspect the application at RMP's Wyoming offices in Cheyenne or Casper, Wyoming, and at the Commission's offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during regular business hours.
