Public Notices
Roclqv Mountain Power meterin
PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the
Wyoming Public Service Commission's Procedural Rules and
Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the application of
Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for approval of its
Policies and Procedures relating to metering.
On April 28, 2010, RMP filed an application requesting approval of
its Policies and Procedures relating to metering under Commission
Rules 247 and 304(0. The Company submitted its Policies and
Procedures and a copy of the PacifiCorp 2009 Metering Assets
and Technology Annual Report.
On October 7, 2010, RMP filed a proposed Metering, Rule 7 tariff,
which would make certain metering practices part of its tariffs. The
Rule 7 tariff revises Sheet No. R7-1, and proposes Sheet Nos.
R7-2 through R7-5. The proposed tariff provides guidelines for: [i]
meter installation, [ii] billing and billing adjustment for meter errors
and damage, [iii] meter testing, [iv] demand pulse access, and [v]
unmetered service.
Interested persons may inspect the application at RMP's Wyoming
offices in Cheyenne or Casper, Wyoming, and at the Commission's
offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during regular business hours.
Anyone wishing to file a statement, intervention, protest, or a
request for a public hearing in this matter must do so in writing on
or before December 17, 2010. Any petitions filed shall set forth the
grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well
as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.
Please be sure to mention Docket No. 20000-370-ET-10, in your
correspondence.
If you choose to intervene, you will be required to attend the hearing
in person or by telephone. If you require reasonable accommodation
for a disability, call the Commission at (307) 777-7427 or write
the Commission at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne,
wyoming 82002. Communications-impaired persons may contact
the Commission through Wyoming Relay at 711.
