Above, the candy (toffee, in this case) first travels on a conveyer belt under a chocolate pourer before being coated with nuts or other toppings. Below, Ben Zeller demonstrates adding nuts to the mix. The crew has been using the machine in the past couple months to prep for the Christmas season, which is their busiest time of the year.
