NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Town of
Cowley has accepted the work on the WEST END WATER PROJECT,
#PME-010806 in Cowley, WY as completed according to the plans and
specifications and rules set forth in the contract and that Mountain
View Building, INC. is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon
the 41st day (January 1, 2013) after the first publication of this notice,
the Town of Cowley, under whose direction of supervision the work
has been carried out will pay to Mountain View Building, INC. the full
amount due under the contract. All persons, firms, or corporations
who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said
public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to
Mountain View Building, INC. in accordance with the terms of the
contract on January 1, 2013. This section does not relieve Mountain
View Building, INC. and the sureties on their bond from any claims of
work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution
of the contract.

Protests if any against the issuance of this transfer of a Restaurant

Notice is hereby given that on the second day of January, 2013,
final settlement will be made by the Town of I.ovell, for and on account
of a contract with Wilson Brothers Construction for the Lovell South
Area Infrastructure Improvements Project.
The above work having been completed and accepted according
to the plans and specifications of DOWL HKM and the above date
being the 4P t day after the first publication of this notice, the said
Contractor will be entitled to final settlement and payment therefore.
Any person, co-partnership, association, agency or corporation
who shall have any unpaid claims against said Contractor for or on
account of the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, sustenance,
provisions, or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor
and/or subcontractor in or about the performance of said work may
at any time, up to and including the date of final settlement and pay-

American Colloid Company of Hoffman Estates, IL has filed a
mining permit amendment application with the I.and Quality Divi-
sion of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the
mining of bentonite in Big Horn County, Wyoming. The amendment
areas are approximately 18 miles southeast and 6 miles northeast of
Lovell, Wyoming. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or
Lander Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be re-
advertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department
of Environmental Quality.
Any interested parties are encouraged to review the application
and contact the Land Quality Division District If Supervisor with
questions about the application. Upon request by an interested party,
the Land Quality Division may schedule a public meeting to discuss
the application.

AIRPORT MASTER PLAN MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE
The North Big Horn County Airport is in the process of updat-
ing their Airport Master Plan. The fourth of five public meetings will
be held on December 10, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the Pilots Lounge at the
North Big Horn County Airport in Cowley, Wyoming. The fourth
meeting will h)ok at the Draft Master Plan and ALP Drawings. More
information about the Airport Master Plan is available by contacting

ngineers.com. Information is also available on the GDA Engineers
website at www.gdaengineers.com by creating an account under
